HANSGROHE SHOWER SYSTEM BOUGHT 4/1/2022 INTSALLED IN MY RENOVATED APP 1/11/2022 STARTED USING IT 1/4/2023 WITH THE HEAD SHOER LEAKING WHILE THE SYSTEM WAS TURNED OFF INFORMED THE LOCAL AGENT IT TOOK ALMOST 6 MONTHS TO BRING ME A REPLACEMENT SPARE PART FOR THE THERMOSTATIC VALVE !!! WHICH THEY REPLACED BUT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE OTHER VALVE OVERHEAD/TELEPHONE SHOWER SO TEH PROBLEM CONTINUED AND THE LEAK WAS BECOMING MORE.
ALL LOCAL HANSGROHE PEOPLE ARE VERY KIND BUT THEY ONLY WANT TO SELL WITHOUT SOLVING PROBLEWMS FOR THE HANSGROHR PRODUCTS THEY SELL AND ARE UNDER GUARANTEE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I JUST WANT HANSGROHE TO FIX THE PROBLEM I WILL PAY FOR THE SPARE PART !!! JUST TO STOP MOULD IN MY NEW BATH !!!

There is some damage to that pipe and it needs to be replaced. Additionally, a clean water service is also required. Please contact us as soon as possible.
